Terms and Conditions

• Draw Dates and Prizes: 19 September 2025 – AED 250,000.00 (One winner), the raffle close date may be announced earlier at the organiser’s discretion.
• The draw will take place at the company premises: Office No. 105-3, First Floor, Bay Square 3, Bay Square, Business Bay -Dubai, in the presence of DED officials.

• Participants must make the payment at least one (1) day before the raffle close date.
• “Decisive Giveaway™️” will accept a non-refundable, non-exchangeable deposit of AED 2,000 to secure entry into the draw, provided the participant meets all other eligibility requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participation requires the purchase of eligible services or a successful refer a lead that successfully converts into the purchase of our services as per the criteria below.
• Participants must purchase any service from “Decisive Giveaway™️”under its licensed activities, including but not limited to Company Formation / Business Setup or other eligible services, with a minimum service value of AED 2,000 and up to AED 200,000. Alternatively, participants may enter through a valid referral that results in the purchase of eligible services within the above price range.
• Participants must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) or a Successful referral confirmation to receive one (1) coupon per client for the raffle.
• Coupons are valid only for the specific Campaign draw series as indicated only and are non-transferable to other draws or series.
• Once a coupon is issued, there will be no refund, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances.
• The winner shall be selected exclusively by personnel of the Dubai Economic Department (DED) authority, under Permit No. 1694772, through a fair, impartial, and transparent draw process.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of coupon issuance.
• Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Dubai Economic Department (DED).
• To claim a prize, winners shall be required to present or otherwise confirm the following:
  • The original or digital raffle coupon together with valid proof of purchase and/or referral confirmation with the successful client; and
  • A valid Emirates ID (for residents of the United Arab Emirates) or a valid passport copy (for winners residing outside the United Arab Emirates)
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and will be awarded as stated.
• Failure to claim the prize within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture, and the organiser reserves the right to re-award the prize in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Dubai Economic Department (DED).
• By participating, winners agree to allow Decisive Giveaway™️ to use their name, photograph, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Employees of Kickstart Global Businessmen Services L.L.C Company and Decisive GiveawayL.L.C Company are not eligible to participate.
• Decisive Giveaway™️ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Dubai Economic Department (DED).
• All decisions by the Dubai Economic Department (DED) authority regarding the draw results are final and binding.

• Any participant who enters a draw shall be deemed eligible solely for the specific campaign only in which they have enrolled. Participation in the AED 250,000 campaign, by way of illustration, shall not confer eligibility for any other campaign.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or late entries will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Participant Acknowledgement and Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their participation in this raffle draw does not violate the laws and regulations of their country of residence. Decisive Giveaway™ makes no warranty, express or implied, that participation complies with such laws, and shall not be held liable for any contravention of local laws or regulations by a participant.

By participating, I hereby declare and confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and fully accepted all the Terms and Conditions mentioned above, and I agree to be bound by them in accordance with the sole discretion of Decisive Giveaway™
